Say Hello to the OWL

Say Hello to Project: OWL

Dear members, partners and friends,

When we first moved into 73 Bathurst Street, we had no idea the events that would unfold. We’re very proud to say that we now have an incredibly vibrant community of over 100 startups, entrepreneurs and freelancers who call Project: RHINO home. We’ve been ranked among the top spaces in Toronto, even called the best in the city by Techvibes. And now, with RHINO at capacity, we’re very excited to announce that on March 1st 2014 we will be officially opening our second location!

Say hello to Project: OWL

The OWL will span the top two floors of 20 Camden Street, a beautiful building just south of Queen and Spadina that was renovated in 2000 by local architecture firm Kohn Shnier. This space is 7600 square feet of pure awesome. One entire floor of lounge space, with another floor for dedicated desks. Equipped with fiber internet, meeting rooms, presentation space, two kitchens, beer on tap and even a private shower - Project: OWL is hustle ready.

Included with every dedicated desk membership is a massive five foot desk and office chair. You’ll have 24/7 access to the space, as well as use of the shared amenities over at RHINO (King and Bathurst). But being a member goes way beyond desk space. We have a growing network of partners who help us make sure that you’re happy and healthy as well.

Here are just a few of them:

Totum Life Science - We’ve partnered with Totum, a kick ass boutique gym on King Street, who has set up a special month-to-month deal available only to our members. On top of great gym facilities, Totum offers a ton of group classes, personal training, massage therapy and lots more.

BrainStation - BrainStation is a new education startup that hosts coding courses in the lounge on evenings and weekends, with huge discounts for members. They also run a free Hour of Code event each month, which is an awesome excuse to meet cool people and learn something new.

The Spoke Club - Located at the corner of King and Portland (above Biermarket), The Spoke Club is a great place to take clients, network or just unwind at the end of the week. They’ve also host a ton of awesome events. We’ve arranged a special membership option available only to our members.

Other partners include Microsoft BizSpark, MaRS Discovery District, The Business Development Bank of Canada, The Canadian Youth Business Foundation, IdeaPaint, The Printing House and more.

Project: OWL will officially open it’s doors on March 1st, and spots are already filling up. If you want to secure a desk, get in touch with us ASAP. You can email (owl@projectspac.es), call (1.888.930.8414) or schedule a tour. All we want to know is who you are, what you’re working on and why you would be a great fit to join our community!

Look forward to chatting.
